We are accepting new patients! Please call our office to schedule an appointment.
We do require a $75 deposit for all new patients. This will be due when you schedule your appointment and will be credited towards the appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable, unless you call to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to have the deposit transferred.
New Patient checklist (please complete/bring with you to your first appointment.)
- Complete your New Client Form (fill out online or print and complete form)
- Any recent medical and vaccine history for your pet. In order to be prepared for your upcoming appointment, we prefer to have this in advance. Please email any history to us at gvhsavannah@gmail.com. If you do not have these records, you can call your previous vet and have them email it to us.
- A list of any medication your pet is taking, including heart-worm and flea prevention.
- Please confirm your appointment. You will receive an email, text and phone call reminder of your scheduled appointment. Please confirm one of these reminders.
